Gallatin Flower and Gift Shop

Y'all will not believe this but Gallatin Flower and Gift FORGOT my wedding! Yes, my wedding was prom weekend and they knowingly agreed to do my wedding and then they just didn't show up or answer our calls. I had no bouquet, no centerpieces, no decorations, nothing. When I delayed my honeymoon and came in to confront them about it the following Monday the lady said, I will feel badly about this for the rest of the week. Hm, the week, I had only thought about my wedding and my flowers for my entire life, but if you feel badly for a week then we're even. Yes, I got a full refund, but she didn't even offer me a free bouquet to keep or anything. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
