Yes, my wedding was prom weekend and they knowingly agreed to do my wedding and then they just didn't show up or answer our calls. I had no bouquet, no centerpieces, no decorations, nothing. When I delayed my honeymoon and came in to confront them about it the following Monday the lady said, I will feel badly about this for the rest of the week. Hm, the week, I had only thought about my wedding and my flowers for my entire life, but if you feel badly for a week then we're even. Yes, I got a full refund, but she didn't even offer me a free bouquet to keep or anything.
